Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after your order is processed. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed prior to 5pm EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm Friday-Sunday may be processed the following day).
- Orders placed Monday-Thursday prior to 5pm EST ship the following business day.
- Orders placed after 5pm EST ship within 2 business days.
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday prior to 5pm EST usually ship Monday.
- Orders placed after 5pm on Sunday may ship Tuesday.
Estimated delivery times are provided in the cart, on the review order screen, and on your receipt. While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer due to large and/or heavy package size. We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24-48 hours. If unanticipated delays occur we will contact you immediately.
We are sorry but international shipping is currently not available. We only ship to the United States.
All shipments include a Delivery Confirmation/Tracking Number which will be provided to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse for shipment.
Shipping Services Used:
- USPS First Class Mail (4-7 business days after order is processed).
- USPS Parcel Post (7-14 business days after order is processed).
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days after order is processed).
- USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days after order is processed).
- UPS Ground for larger packages (5-7 business days after order is processed). This service can not be used to ship to P.O. Boxes.
PetKaboodle Inc., is not responsible for lost or misdirected items during shipping. Items will be shipped to the certified USPS address that is provided during checkout.
We generally ship from Long Island, NY. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will arrive in separate shipments from different destinations. These particular items are specified prior to checkout. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. Items with a free shipping special may also be shipped separately if they are part of a multiple item purchase.
If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally as the merchandise is shipped. (Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will NOT increase). All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery
In the case of a discontinued item, a refund will be issued for the original price paid for the item as well as any extra shipping charge the discontinued item may have added to a multiple item purchase.
