PetKaboodle.com Shipping Policy


  • Most orders ship within 24-48 hours!
  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
  • While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer.
  • Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
  • Once the order is handed over to the US Postal Service , UPS, or FedEx,  PetKaboodle, Inc. is no longer responsible for any additional transit time incurred by the carrier.
  • If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
  • We are sorry but shipping to international locations is currently not available.
  • We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24-48 hours. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.
  • If a purchaser's address does not match the USPS address provided, an email will be sent inquiring the correct address.  As soon as the correct address is provided, the order will continue the shipping process.
  • PetKaboodle Inc., is not responsible for lost or misdirected items during shipping.   Items will be shipped to the address that is  provided during checkout.
  • Although rare, error's in item listings may occur.  If we recognize an error after an item is purchased, an email will be sent notifying the purchaser of the error.  After the purchaser has made contact with PetKaboodle, Inc., the order can continue the shipping process.  If purchaser decides to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued via the method of original payment.
  • Some items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. Once again, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.
  • Items with a free shipping special  may be shipped separately if  they are part of a multiple item purchase.
  • If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally as the merchandise is shipped. (Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will NOT increase).  All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery
  • In the case of a discontinued item, a refund will be issued for the original price paid for the item as well as any extra shipping charge the discontinued item may have added to a multiple item purchase.
