(i.e. Costumes purchased less than 30 days prior to Halloween are non-refundable or exchangeable once Halloween has passed, etc.)
All other items may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date with the following guidelines:
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND ANY PACKAGING THAT IS SEALED MUST REMAIN UNOPENED.
- 20% Re-stocking fee will apply to any item showing signs of use or damage such as:
- Pet Hair and/or Odor
- Cigarette Smoke
- Removed/Damaged Tags
- Opened/Damaged Packaging
- Damage due to usage
- Damage caused by improper use
- Sanitary items (such as diapers, puppy pads, etc.) that are opened and no longer sealed.
- Late Returns (Returns postmarked after 30 days from the original shipment date).
- Late Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee and any refunds are given in the form of store credit only. Exchanges are no longer valid and must be purchased in a new order.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless you were accidentally shipped an incorrect item.
- AMAZON.com ORDERS: Returns and Exchanges for lesser value items only. Since Amazon does not provide us with your billing information, exchanges of greater value must be purchased as a separate order.
- Items damaged in shipping are handled on a case by case basis. Please keep all packing material and include photos of the damaged merchandise when contacting us. This information is needed for insurance claims.
Returns are easy! To return an item, simply fill out the RMA slip located at the bottom of your packing slip
and be sure to include it with your return. That's it! All of the guidelines and returns information you will
need to send your return is located on the back of your packing slip. (If you are making an exchange, it is a
good idea to contact us with the item you wish to exchange for so we can place it on hold for a time peirod
while we await your return).
If for some reason you do not have a packing slip, please email us at
returns@petkaboodle.com
with your Name, Order#, shipping address, and the email address that was used to place the order. Upon receipt of your email we
will issue an RMA# and return address for your return.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA slip or RMA# so please be sure to double check that this information
is included with your return.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please address your returns
clearly and include ALL necessary information. We highly recommend obtaining tracking information with your
return shipment for your protection and proof of shipment.
Generally returns and exchanges are processed within a few days upon receipt of your package.
However, please allow us 7-14 days from the time we receive your package to process your return or exchange.
Upon receipt and inspection of your package we will:
- For Returns:
- A refund will be issued for the amount paid for the item less any re-stocking fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Item refunds will be applied back to your account via the method of your original payment.
- For Exchanges:
- If the price of the exchange item is greater than the price of the return item, you will be charged the difference
plus any re-stocking fees that may have been incurred by the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are
non-refundable.
If the price of the exchange item is less than that of the returned item, you will be refunded
the difference less any re-stocking fees that may have been incurred by the returned item. Original and return
shipping fees are non-refundable.
There is no extra shipping charge for exchange shipments. HOWEVER, if the exchange item is heavier
than the return item and has a shipping cost difference of more than $0.75 you will only be charged the difference
for the shipment.
