PetKaboodle.com Gift Certificate, Store Credit and Allowances Policy

These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the PetKaboodle.com Conditions of Use, and apply specifically to Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances.
Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances, and unused balances, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund except as required by law, exchanged, resold, or used to purchase Gift Certificates or provide Credit or provide Allowances.
Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances purchased in the U.S. must be redeemed for purchases in the U.S., open only to persons above the age of 13 in the U.S., its territories and possessions. Not all products may be available. Internet access (fees may apply) and compatible software and hardware are required, see below.
Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances are applied as credits to your PetKaboodle.com account. If you do not have a PetKaboodle.com account you will be required to pen one to redeem Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances.
Credit and Allowances may come with an expiration date. The remaining unused portion of a credit will be subtracted from your account balance at time of expiration.
Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances will be applied to selected orders based first on expiration date, then credit type.
Access to, redemption of Gift Certificates, Credit and Allowances on, or purchases from, and use of products purchased on, PetKaboodle.com, is subject to acceptance of its Conditions of Use found at http://www.petkaboodle.com/help/policies/cou.aspx.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's applicable Gift Certificate/Credits/Allowances account and is not transferable.
If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, Credit and Allowances, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or PayPal account.
Gift certificate/prepaid card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Except as stated otherwise, data collection and use are subject to PetKaboodle, Inc.'s Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.petkaboodle.com/help/policies/privacy.aspx.
PetKaboodle, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates, Credit and Allowances. If you have any questions, please email customer service at info@petkaboodle.com.
PetKaboodle, Inc. reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a Gift Certificate, Credit and Allowances is fraudulently obtained or used on PetKaboodle.com.
PETKABOODLE, INC. AND ITS LICENSEES, AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, CREDIT AND ALLOWANCES OR PETKABOODLE.COM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE, CREDIT OR ALLOWANCES IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE, CREDIT OR ALLOWANCE. THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
PetKaboodle, Inc. reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
Any part of these Terms and Conditions may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates, Credits and Allowances transmitted electronically pass to the purchaser in California upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
