When will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed prior to 6pm ET are processed the same day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 6pm ET and on weekends may be processed the following business day and ship out the business day after that. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays).

When will my order ship?

Provided there are no delays, orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after being processed. Shipments leave the warehouse every morning at 8am ET. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays).
-Orders placed prior to 6pm ET ship the following business day morning.
-Orders placed after 6pm ET are shipped within 2 business day mornings.
-Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday prior to 6pm ET usually ship Monday morning.
-Orders placed after 6pm ET on Sunday may ship Tuesday morning.

Which shipping service do you use?

We calculate the cheapest and fastest shipping method for the weight and destination of your specific package.

We generally use:
USPS First Class Mail (4-7 business days after order is processed).
USPS Parcel Post (7-14 business days after order is processed).
USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days after order is processed).
USPS Express Mail (2-3 business days after order is processed).
UPS Ground for larger packages(5-7 business days after order is processed). This service can not be used to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you prefer a different carrier or service, we are always willing to do our best to accommodate. Please contact us for rates and times of the carrier you prefer before purchasing. All orders include a delivery confirmation or tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times rely primarily on your location, weight and size of your package. Most of our items ship from our New York warehouse.  You are provided with the approximate delivery times for your selected shipping method during checkout.  Items shipped by third parties may take longer.  These items will specify a separate delivery time located on the item page.   Please keep in mind that we can only give approximate times and can not be responsible for extra transit time incurred by the carrier. 

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship to the United States at this time unless your order is for a large item bulk quantity.   Please contact us for bulk quantity pricing and shipping rates.

When will out of stock items be back in stock?

When an item is out of stock, it means that we do not have any available in our warehouse to ship right away. We will have to place a new order to re-stock. Orders are generally placed every 3-6 weeks. Sometimes sooner. However, some less popular items could take much longer to re-stock or are no longer on our list of re-stocking. Also, some items that are out of stock may be discontinued and no longer available for us to order. If you are interested in any out of stock items, please contact us so we can tell you the status of that particular item.

What is a backordered item?

When an item is backordered, it means that there are no more available in stock in our warehouse for immediate shipment. They will be added to our next shipment from the manufacturer and ship to you when they become available at our warehouse. Our product orders generally placed every 3-6 weeks. Sometimes sooner.  We will update your PetKaboodle.com account when we have the the estimated "in stock" date that your item  is set to arrive at our warehouse.

You should automatically see if the items in your cart are backordered prior to purchasing. Although rare, there may be an unanticipated backordered item after your order is placed. If your order has any backordered items, you will receive a notification via email after your order is processed.

You are only charged the amount you pay for shipping during checkout. All backordered items ship standard delivery.

You can cancel a backordered item at any time before it is available for shipment. A purchase price refund will be given for the backordered item along with any shipping costs the backordered item my have added to your original purchase.

Also, some items that are backordered may be discontinued and no longer available for us to order. In this case, the discontinued item would be canceled and a purchase price refund will be given for the discontinued item along with any shipping costs the discontinued item my have added to your original purchase.

If you have any concerns about backordered items, please feel free to contact us. We would be more than happy to double check our stock on that particular item for you.

What is a discontinued item?

A discontinued item is an item that is no longer available from the manufacturer.  For this reason, we are unable to order any more. It is very similar to a "retired" item.   In some rare cases, items have been known to come out of retirement but it is never guarenteed.

If an item in your order happens to be discontinued, that item will be canceled and a purchase price refund will be given for the discontinued item along with any shipping costs the discontinued item my have added to your original purchase.

If you have any concerns about discontinued items, please feel free to contact us. We would be more than happy to double check our stock on that particular item for you.

What is an Unavailable Item?

An unavailable item is usually a seasonal item. When an item is unavailable, it means that the manufacturer has discontinued the item until the following season/year. For example, our pet halloween costumes or holiday themed items are usually only available during those holidays. Sometimes unavailable items do stay discontinued, but generally, they should be back.

How do I return my item?

All returns require a valid RMA#. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued without a valid RMA#.  The reason for this is to ensure you include all of the necessary information with your return to direct it to the correct department.  It also validates that your purchase was made with Petkaboodle.com and helps us provide a much faster processing time for your return or exchange. 

Returns are easy! At the bottom of your packing sheet that is included with your order, there is an RMA slip. Just fill out the slip, include it in your return package and you're all set! Just be sure to review policy guidelines to make sure your return qualifies.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and items may subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if there are any significant signs of use or damage. Re-stocking fees are only charged during certain circumstances, so please make sure you review our full return policy and include all of the necessary information and that your return item is in tip-top shape with all pieces, tags and retail packaging intact.

All items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and retail packaging included with the return. If you have removed any tags or opened any packaging, please do not re-attach tags or tape any packaging closed. This could incur a re-stocking fee. Just include the loose tag(s) and packaging and we will take care of the rest. :)

If you'd like to make an exchange, it's always a good idea to contact us as soon as you know which item you're exchange for so we may place it on hold (stock quantity allowing) to be sure it is available for when we receive your return.

Returns are picked up from the mailbox and processed every Friday night. Once your package is delivered, please allow at least 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.

Please review our full return policy located in the left hand column prior to making your purchase. There you will find all of the information you will need to return or exchange your item.

Can I order over the phone?

We highly reccomend using our secure online checkout system. It is fast, safe and is the most direct way to purchase from us. If you prefer, we also accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Some of our items are also available with Amazon checkout. If you prefer to use Amazon as your checkout method, please let us know which item(s) you are interested in so we can send you the correct product page to purchase with your Amazon account.

Due to high phone call volume, we are unable to process phone orders at this time unless your order is for a large or bulk quantity. If this is the case, please send us an email with the items you are interested in as well as your telephone number so we may expedite your call.

Do you sell large bulk quantities?

Yes, most items are available in bulk quantities.  Bulk quantities are usually manufactured to order and require a processing time. Please contact us for pricing and processing times if you are interested in purchasing a large quantity order.
